If the Wi-Fi password is forgotten

Everything you need to know to reset your Wi-Fi password.

The access password for the standalone sensor is crucial for connecting to its Wi-Fi access point, which is activated when the Wi-Fi Activator Key is connected to the sensor. If this password is forgotten or lost, the sensor's configuration file can be reset by following these steps

1. Step-by-Step Instructions

Power on the Sensor

Connect the sensor to a power source. If you need assistance with this step, click here.

A - Sensor
B - Power cable connected to a 5VDC, ±3A

Initiate the Reset Process

Once the sensor is powered on, press and hold the capacitive button for 15 seconds. After this time, the blue LED will blink three times, indicating that the password has been reset.

Restart the Sensor

Turn off the sensor and wait for 10 seconds before powering it on again. The sensor will restore the configuration file to its original factory settings.
